We prepare and file our client’s case in the best light possible and stand diligent over the case toward the best possible outcome for our client. HOW WE WORK
- Upon our initial engagement to be your attorney, we will dress up a work plan with your collaboration that includes the steps to follow, the documents to gather and a tentative timeline,
- We will gather the pertinent information on your case through interview and questionnaire.
- We will prepare the petition/application and prepare our advocacy on your behalf
- We will send the prepared draft to you for review, and signature where needed
- You will send the paperwork back to us, reviewed and signed
- We will file with the government agencies or the court with the notification to those agencies that we are your attorney.
Throughout the process, we are standing by to answer any questions you may have and keep you informed on the progress of the case as well as on the actions we take in its regards.
